Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Craftionals, we specialize in custom printing services, each product is made to order and tailored to your specifications. To ensure fairness to both our team and our customers, we’ve outlined a clear policy below regarding cancellations, refunds, and issues with orders.

Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once printing has begun or the product has been shipped.

However, we will gladly offer a refund or free reprint in the following cases:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The incorrect item was shipped

  • There is a printing error caused by us (not present in the approved design)

To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at info@craftionals.com, including:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos showing the issue

Please note: We are not responsible for errors in the artwork or text that were present in the customer-approved design.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

We cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges if:

  • You change your mind after ordering

  • The design or details you submitted had errors

  • You approved the design proof and later found a mistake

  • You fail to approve the design in a timely manner and miss your expected delivery date

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase or before approving your design proof, whichever comes first.

After your design is approved, your order moves into production and cannot be cancelled.

Design Approval Terms

After placing your order, you’ll receive a design proof within 24–48 hours of submitting your logo/artwork to info@craftionals.com during weekdays. We require written approval to proceed with printing.

Important: Delays in design approval may affect your production and delivery timeline. We are not responsible for delays caused by late responses to proof approvals.

Shipping & Delivery Issues

All orders are shipped using trusted delivery partners. While we do our best to meet expected delivery times, we are not liable for courier delays once your order leaves our facility.

If an incorrect shipping address is provided at checkout, we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement.

If you have unique printing requirements or need a custom quote, please reach out before placing your order at info@craftionals.com. Custom and bulk orders may follow separate timelines and terms as discussed.
